Become a Parish Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in serving our parish community! We are blessed by the gifts and time offered by our volunteers. To ensure a safe and well-supported environment for all ministries, the Diocese of San Bernardino requires several steps before volunteer service can begin.Below you will find the complete list of requirements, along with all necessary forms and links.Volunteer Requirements
All new volunteers must complete the following:1. Parish Registration
Volunteers must be officially registered with our parish.- If you are not yet registered, please complete our Parish Registration Form.
- Registration ensures accurate record-keeping and allows us to communicate important updates about your ministry.
2. Live Scan Fingerprinting
Required for all who will be serving the parish in any capacity.- Live Scan is a one-time fingerprinting and background check through the Diocese.
- You must bring a completed Diocese of San Bernardino Live Scan Form to your appointment.

All volunteers must complete the Safe Environment Training required by the Diocese of San Bernardino through CMGConnect.- Access the training online and after completing the course, you will receive a certificate. Please print or scan and email this certificate to Veronica Villatoro. Either method is perfectly fine.
