Dear St. Anthony Bridges to Home Friends:

If we have learned anything in the nearly 9 years that Bridges to Home has been in operation, it is that God has great plans and a profound purpose for this program.   We  give thanks that God is in control, because the success of this program has been outstanding.  And we are not finished yet!   Exciting changes are happening as we start a new fiscal year.  Our finances will be handled slightly differently as we go forward. 

On-line giving: simply add [email protected] as a recipient on Zelle and you can  quickly make your donation on line directly to Bridges to Home’s account.   We will be establishing other on-line giving options soon.

Donations via check: all donations made via check must now be payable to St. Anthony Bridges to Home. Options for delivering these donations include mailing the check to 1609 N. Mountain Avenue #304 Upland CA 91784 or notifying me and I will arrange to pick up your donation or you may continue to deliver it to the parish office.

Donations via cash:  please contact me and I will arrange to pick up your donation.  Please do not leave cash donations at the parish office.

Please never place your donation in the church collection baskets.  

In-kind donations: please contact Sharon (909-982-4885) to discuss donations of household items and/or furnishings.  She expertly handles all inventory for the program.

St. Anthony Bridges to Home will be providing your end of year donation statement so it will be separate from the donations statement you receive from the parish.

We sincerely appreciate all of our donors.  Without you this program would not be able to function at all.  Everyone associated with Bridges to Home is a volunteer, so 100% of your donation goes into the program to assist those in need who are referred to us.  A very small percentage is used for fuel and maintenance on our transport vehicle and for move supplies.

Achievements made by the program are both tangible and intangible.  Move #350 was completed on July 26, 2022--a milestone to celebrate!!!  Six  moves are scheduled so far in August and we anticipate it will be busy through the end of the year.  Hundreds of adults and children have received assistance as they take steps away from the destitute life of homelessness, and there is no way to fully express their gratitude for your support and dedication.  Your generosity assures that clients can return to engagement in their communities in meaningful and productive ways.
