Dear St. Anthony  Bridges to Home Friends:
God Is Great!   All the Time!   All the Time!! God Is Great!! St. Anthony Bridges to Home invites you to celebrate a milestone that seemed inconceivable 12 years ago at our beginning.  We have received our 600^th client referral!!!  To put this achievement into perspective, this means that we have been privileged to provide 1,370 adults and children with life-change assistance, decreasing the number of homeless individuals and families living unsheltered, motivating them to manage addictions and PTSD, removing hurdles to seeking employment, enabling focus on education to become a realty, removing obstacles to previously devastating health issues, and minimizing dependence on social services.   Nearly 75% of these clients are military veterans who were honored to serve their country.   We have been privileged to serve them.   We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who have, in any way throughout the years, helped achieve this success.  
November and December have been very busy, as they typically are, since people are more in need and we endeavor to complete more moves so they are settled in for the holidays.  We have been fortunate to serve veterans Jerry, Tarryl, Nikole, Ariel, Josephine, Michael, Nicholas, Kimberly, Kurt, and Abijah, and single Mom Sarah during this time.

Our strong foundation was fortified through the generous donations of many who have supported our mission over these many years.  Donors in this most recent move period are Kathy & Bob, Pat K., Christine F., Jenny, Thelma, Mary D., Barbara M., Barbara & Dan, Marilyn & Max, Susan & DJ, Pam, Marcia, Christine M., & Mary Ann.  I cannot emphasize enough how important their generosity is to continuing the work we do each week. Thanks at this time is also extended to our faithful move teams, those who donate their gently used furniture and household items, those who repair and repaint furniture, those who assemble furniture, those who provide food for lunches and snacks to keep our teams fortified, our partners in the community who approve grants for us, and to the board of this organization that I am constantly humbled to work with.  May your blessings abound in this life and when you stand in the Presence of God in Heaven.

Dear Lord, Let us pray that strength and courage abundant be given to all who work for a world of reason and understanding; that the good that lies in every heart may day by day be magnified; that all will come to see more clearly not that which divides us, but that which unites us.  That the true spirit of Christmas, it's joy, it's beauty, it's hope and it's faith may live among us; that the blessings of peace build and grow so all may live in harmony and sympathy with others.  Amen
